These Terms govern your use of TimerAutoClicker (the "App"). By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Scope

These Terms apply to all users of the App, including free users and Pro plan subscribers. Where these Terms conflict with the Google Play Store Terms of Service or subscription terms, the latter prevail.

2. Disclaimer Regarding Timing Accuracy

The firing time of the time-target tap mode may differ from the user-specified time by tens to hundreds of milliseconds, due to factors including:

• NTP server time-sync state;
• Android OS task scheduling (Doze, App Standby, background restrictions, etc.);
• Device load, battery state, Wi-Fi / mobile network latency;
• Overhead introduced by the AccessibilityService when dispatching the synthetic tap.

The App is designed to fire the tap as close to the specified time as possible, but does not guarantee perfect accuracy. Before relying on the App for any time-critical action, please test and adjust the tap time in milliseconds.

3. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the following matters in connection with your use of the App:

• Confirming that your use of the App does not violate the terms of service or community guidelines of any third-party service or app;
• The outcomes of any actions performed via the App (success/failure of transactions, purchases, in-game penalties, etc.);
• Device heat, battery drain, and additional data usage caused by long-running continuous taps;
• Not infringing the rights of third parties.

4. Prohibited Uses

You must not use the App for any of the following purposes:

• Any use that violates the terms of service of third-party games, social networks, or other services;
• Unauthorized access, impersonation, fraud, or any other unlawful activity;
• Harassment of, or nuisance to, third parties;
• Modifying, decompiling, or reverse-engineering the App, except to the extent permitted by applicable law.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any damages arising from, or related to, your use of (or inability to use) the App, including but not limited to lost transaction opportunities, failed purchases, lost profits, lost data, indirect damages, or consequential damages incurred by you or any third party.

If any portion of this limitation is held unenforceable under mandatory consumer-protection law, the remaining portions shall continue in full force and effect.

6. Subscriptions

Pro plan subscriptions are provided through Google Play Billing. Pricing, automatic renewal, cancellation, and refunds are governed by the Google Play Store policies. To cancel a subscription, please use the "Subscriptions" screen in the Google Play Store.

7. Personal Information

Handling of personal information in connection with the App is governed by the separate Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be amended from time to time without prior notice. Amendments take effect when posted on this page. We will notify users of material changes via the App or this page.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Japanese court having jurisdiction over the developer's address as the court of first instance.
